  Natubright Independent Business Contractor (IBC) Agreement & Policies

  1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Natubright. You are solely responsible for filing and paying all taxes arising from your earnings as an IBC. You have no authority to bind Natubright to any agreement or obligation.

  1. Annual Fee & Services Provided

The annual fee of $9.99 CAD/USD covers: 1) Affiliate website hosting, 2) Technology platform access, and 3) Customer service support (email, phone, chat). This fee is non-refundable except as required by law.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must reside in Canada or the United States. You must not have been previously terminated by Natubright for policy violations.

  1. Compensation Plan

You are eligible to receive commissions based on actual product sales in accordance with the current Natubright Compensation Plan. No commissions are paid solely for recruiting other IBCs. To qualify for commissions, you must meet the performance requirements stated in the Compensation Plan.

  1. Code of Conduct

As an IBC, you agree to: 1) Represent Natubright products truthfully and accurately, 2) Avoid making unsubstantiated health, environmental, or income claims, 3) Follow all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and anti-spam laws, 4) Never present Natubright as a 'get rich quick' opportunity, and 5) Respect intellectual property rights and not alter Natubright’s trademarks or branding.

  1. Marketing Claims – Compliance Rules

Prohibited: 'Chemical-Free,' 'Guaranteed to make you rich,' '100% toxin-free' (unless scientifically verified). Permitted (with proof): 'Made with Plant-Based Ingredients,' 'Free from Harsh Chemicals,' 'Safe for Use Around Kids & Pets (when used as directed).' All marketing materials must follow Natubright’s Brand Guidelines.

  1. Product Refund & Buyback Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for unused products. IBCs may return unopened, resalable inventory purchased within the past 60 days for a 90% refund (less shipping).

  1. Training & Support

New IBCs must complete Natubright Compliance Training before earning commissions. Natubright may provide ongoing educational webinars, marketing templates, and compliance updates.

  1. Termination

Natubright may terminate your IBC status for violation of this Agreement or applicable laws, for fraudulent activity or unethical conduct, or upon 30 days’ written notice without cause.

  1. Earnings Disclaimer

No Earnings Guarantee: Your income depends on your own sales efforts and performance. Past results do not guarantee future success. Average income figures (if provided) are based on actual results and will vary.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Natubright is not liable for loss of profits, business opportunities, or indirect damages, or any claims arising from your misuse of Natubright products or trademarks.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If you are in Canada, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. If you are in the U.S., this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in your jurisdiction.

  1. Modifications

Natubright may update this Agreement and Policies at any time. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
